Bea Richford has been in real estate sales and management since 1987. She is the recipient of numerous sales awards, including the Coldwell Banker designation President's Elite, awarded to the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally, as well as the New Brunswick Real Estate Association Gold Sales Award, ranking her sales achievements among the top 5% of her peers in the province. Among her proudest achievements is her CBU "Coldwell Banker University" designation - the first Canadian recipient of the Corporation's highest educational degree, a pioneer in achieving the e-PRO (electronic real estate) designation, achieving the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation, and becoming a recent recipient of the Presidents Honor award (2004) from Coldwell Banker Canada.

Bea’s company received several awards, including the Coldwell Banker Canadian Technology Award in 1999, Top Office In Canada (office-size category) award in 2002, achieving the Coldwell Banker Ultimate Service award and leading her sales team to win the "Premier Office" award for the Eighth consecutive year.

She is an active Real Estate Trainer for several associations in Canada (see www.xled.ca)
